At the core of my work lies a deep emotional focus on the art of editing; finding just the right balance between crafting a compelling narrative with precise timing to capture the raw emotions and experiences of the subject. In addition, I am proud to hold an MFA in documentary film production, which has equipped me with the skills and experience to work collaboratively with other creatives to produce high-quality work that consistently meets and exceeds expectations. I understand that not every project has an unlimited budget. However, I am committed to always producing top-quality work, even with modest resources. “The Journey” is an all-access look inside the 2018-19 UTA men’s basketball team. The four-episode series documents the highs, lows, challenges, and excitement that goes into a D1 collegiate program, facing a season with a new team and head coach.
